"The property is away from the hustle and bustle of the market of Ubud, which is good and bad as you it is a 20 minute walk to the market. The suites are good, although cleanliness has much to be desired...the turnover was done but garbage in the room was not cleared!!! Breakfast is not buffet style but rather al-carte...you choose what you eat from a menu."

"Superb boutique resort, absolutely loved the location. Extremely quiet area of Ubud, but walking distance to centre of town and many attractions if you don't mind the Penestanan stairs. Several other excellent dining options nearby. The gardens are absolutely stunning, excellent pool and beautiful rooms. The staff were wonderful. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay."

"Had a good stay at this hotel with the family. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and had different variety each morning, basic drink and snacks provided in the room for free. Staff were very nice and friendly. Takes about a 10 minute walk to the main road where all the shops and dining options are. Gets pretty dark at night since there are no street lamps. Some part of the streets have barely any sidewalks so that was a challenge. Other than that, stay was pretty good. "

"The Hava Ubud was an amazing experience. The pool area is the centerpiece and offers nice seating, drinks at poolside, and easily accessible from different sides. Got upgraded to the room with a tub and made good use of it. The cocktails at the restaurants could be made stronger, but that’s an issue in most of the island. But by far the thing that stands out and I’ll remember is the staff. They’re the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. No one was in a rush and they took their time to interact...

"The property was exceptionally beautiful. The pools were amazing. The staff other than the reception clerk when we checked-in were very good and helpful. He had to be told to help us with the luggage and I carried a couple myself."

"Really great, unique experience staying in a bamboo villa. Some way back from the main road and therefore quiet (except sometimes the neighbouring roosters). Plenty of eating/shops nearby, not ATMs. Staff were helpful and friendly, getting bags to and from the main road. Not too many problems with it being a fully open house, except sometimes we had nibbles on food packets left out overnight. Wifi was weak."
