"During the beginning of our stay, it wasn’t the best. However, after learning about the rain, etc, we understood where the condensation was coming from. Needless to say, we had a wonderful stay at Hideaway. Both Amoy and Odette in guest services did such an AMAZING job with turning around our stay and night. "The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was getting our room. We paid extra for a beach front room and they gave us a room where we could not even see the beach and the same for the couple we were with. They did give us a room where we could see part of the beach which we were happy with after we complained and the same with the couple that was with us. When you have to complain the first day is no way to start a vacation!"
