"As soon as I entered through the door the young lady at the counter greeted me. She was very courteous and made me feel welcomed. My room was great, except for the bathroom door that has a defective lock. Someone like me with ptsd felt a bit uneasy when I couldn't lock my bathroom door. Apart from that I had a great stay. "
