Newly renovated (2022), this clean space is located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Short walks to many of the regions finest restaurants, and shopping areas. Perfect location if you are an avid golfer, or a spring training baseball fan. This condo overlooks both the community pool (that is heated in the winter), and the hot tub. The laundry room is located just outside your front door a mere 20 steps away. Plenty of sleeping areas as the new sectional includes a true queen mattress, and there is also a queen sized air mattress if you have even more guests! The kitchen has all you need including oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker and more! Come stay with your special someone, your whole family, or its perfect for two couples to share a fantastic vacation together, for the price of one condo. Can't wait to have you!

Black bedding with what I hope was white lint. Mold on vents. Obnoxious air freshener covering up stale smoke. Kitchen sink hadn’t been cleaned. My daughter had an allergic reaction after being there one night. We were scheduled to be there 3 nights left after 1 night. Ask for refund for the 2 nights we didn’t stay there. Manager hasn’t replied. Beware!

Summer concert trip
We arrived at 2:30 & contacted host for possible early check in which response was immediate but were told cleaning crew was on site and would let me know the second they left. We were at the front door and there was no cleaning crew. Tho we were told the 2nd they left by 4pm we still heard nothing. This was a little upsetting but is what it is. Otherwise place was great. Side note, when we left cleaning crew was immediately there the second it hit checkout at 11am. Not 2:30

Very convenient! Property was as advertised. Pool and hot tub were great! Gym facilities met our needs. The pool table was in rough shape but my kids seemed to enjoy it enough. Dave was easy to work with and I appreciate him arranging for us to get in a day earlier. A little inconvenient with only one key fob to get around the property (to negotiate locked doors/gates) but that was the only detractor.

Terrific Location; short walk to SOOO much fun
This was a perfect match for our family's desires for this Spring Break trip; safety, easy access to all sorts of entertainment and a pool. The condo was perfectly sized, clean and just the right amount of amenities. We had a 15-20 minute walk to ANYTHING we wanted; food, shopping, nightlife, grocery store, sports bar. We have been to Scottsdale before but it was really nice to re-visit the Old Town area again to see how much has been added. Great restaurants are everywhere. It was a 20 minute drive to PopStroke/Salt Fields/Top Golf area but an EASY drive. The grounds & house were well maintained despite it being an older condo. If I had one complaint it was just that the walls were pretty thin so if you wanted peace & quiet 24/7, that would be hard to come by. People staying in the area/condos were friendly. Also the pool ... wow it was small but we were able to get chairs for our family of 3 and it was really warm!! Dave was a great host and I really appreciated the trust he had in us as guests.

Great communication and location.
Host was super fast to respond to questions. Location was a quick 5 minute walk to the main strip of Old Downtown. Under 10 minutes to major grocery store, and across the street from a couple restaurants and a large Organic Foods store. Room was an older building that had been updated. Not fancy, but nice. Place was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Inside VRBO was as expected per pictures. Clean, tidy, updated decor and everything you need. Nothing wowed me but definitely met my expectations. Pool & hot tub area was Awesome, and better than many others we've stayed at. The curb appeal was a bit to be desired, and likely why there were no pictures. However, don't let that deter you, everything else was great. Communications with owner was Great and very timely! I would recommend to the owner to replace the sliding door screen and add an area rug, which would make first impressions much better.

Prime Location for Price
Great location within 20 min walk of Downtown shopping and restaurants! Cute little place with nice big sized bedrooms, perfect balcony and kitchen that's well equipped for cooking meals! Had slight hiccup with check-in, but all worked out and appreciated his accommodation for my last minute booked trip!

Definitely will be staying here on our next Scottsdale trip! The host, Dave, was so kind and checked in upon arrival to make sure the accommodations met our needs. The condo was clean and furnished perfectly. Comfortable beds, pillows, linens and living furniture. I also loved that there was a pack n play provided by the host for my infant. Such a treat to pack one less thing. The deck/patio was huge and had a beautiful view of the pool. The pool was also amazing- plenty of loungers, tables & chairs. Less than a 5 minute drive to the main shops & mall in Old Town. Overall just an amazing place to stay! 10/10 would recommend
