The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay! I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. "The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. We asked security guard questions. The firework show was nice from our rooms. The 2nd room took longer to get ready but we had our first room. The people were very nice. "
