"This place is disgusting! The sheets were worn thin…the room smelled musty…the walls in the room were dirty and plaster was peeling off….no pool…no breakfast.

"Very clean property. It was pretty hot during our stay and the A/C worked well. All linens were provided. Very comfy for the two of us and our small dog. We made breakfast each morning with provided farm fresh eggs! Thank you. There was also water in fridge to get us started. The yard was well kept and had a nice view. Great place to star gaze by the fire and close to Kinzua and Chapman State Park for kayaking. "
