"I love this place. I’ve stayed a few times and I’ll probably return. The staff, food and location are amazing!! There was however a persistent smell resembling backed up sewer. "First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer! The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. As a result, it was very hot in the room, the room is facing west and is in the hot sun all afternoon, so we opened the balcony door in the evening...

"Good hotel, pretty central. The breakfast could have had a better selection. Not impressed with pigeons flying around if you sat outside. Wi-fi reception was not great which was a bit let down. Had to check in at the hotel next door as this one had no check in desk which was a bit odd."

"The room was ok, but the parking was too far from the apartment, and ot did not say in the description. I had to carry a lot of my luggage by myself and it was not near. And when we got there, the man who regulated the parking was confused where were we staying, so we circeled a couple of time. Bad organisation. And they charged a fee for the registration that was not mentioned. I was really dissapointed."

" Beautiful hotel, all rooms are facing the coast. Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent. Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space. Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran. The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night. "

"This is one of six hotels on the street - you don't which hotel you will be in until you arrive. Bad The AC in the rooms is poor - we changed rooms twice and the lowest it would go to (after many hours) was 24 deg C. Sweaty sleeping. No loungers at the beach (as advertised in the listing) unless you want to play a daily fee. Should be included for hotel guests. Ridiculous sign in (security) for indoor pools (each person must have their own room card and also sign out with it. Multi gendered...
