Getting Around
We suggest you use your own vehicle, but it is walking distance to the beach, the famous Pismo Beach pier, the Portuguese Hall, parade route, and everywhere else in the heart of Pismo Beach. Walk to local wine rooms or drive to the myriad of local wineries along HWY 101, HWY 46, Edna Valley, and Paso Robles. Easy access just blocks away to HWY 1 and HWY 101. The nearest small airport is San Luis Obispo, mid-size is in Santa Maria, and nearest international airport is LAX. The nearest train station is the Amtrak in Grover Beach, a short drive.
The Neighborhood
The home is located in a neighborhood just off the main street in downtown Pismo Beach, close enough to walk to everything Pismo has to offer. Many nearby restaurants, including the rooftop restaurant at SeaVenture hotel just down the road, are sure you be an instant favorite. With so many options in the neighborhood, many guests park in the designated parking spot and don't use their car again until they leave! In the mood to explore? 3 minutes drive to Pismo Beach State Park Dunes where you can drive down on the beach, 16 minutes to San Luis Obispo, Cal Poly, and world-class shopping, and then of course an easy scenic drive with unbeatable views up and down the coast on Highway 1.

Important to Note:
The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the apartment building. There's a flight of stairs to reach the unit but there is an elevator available.
There is one designated parking space for the unit. If you have more than one vehicle, or you have a boat, etc., you'll need to park on the street, which is first come first served. While our street offers free parking, many other streets and all parking public parking lots in Pismo are metered.
House Rules
1. Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm. A late checkout fee of $50 per 30 minutes after the checkout time will be charged unless previously approved by us.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Max occupancy is 4. Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Pets are not allowed.
3. No parties! Please respect our condo as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! Please drive slowly in the neighborhood. Park in designated parking space. Don't block anyone's parking space. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If this doesn't sound like a good fit, let us know what you're looking for and we can point you in the right direction. We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Be a local! Never leave trash on the beach. Please don't leave trash outside the home or on the balcony, both will attract a flock of seagulls and very messy other wild animals. There is a provided trash bin for your convenience. If you need local recommendations, let us know!
Extended stays require periodic mid-stay cleanings. The frequency, whether every two weeks or every three, depends on the duration of your booking. Please be ready to inform us of your preferred day of the week for scheduling these cleanings.
