Great location! Condo has everything you need, easy access to beach, food and shopping- well stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds. Only issue was WiFi was spotty and would be nice to have laundry detergent and a few more garbage bags. Would stay here again when we come back.

Truly fantastic location
The layout of the building worked perfectly for our small group with a little bit of extra privacy on the bottom floor for extended family. The place was very clean and the location felt very safe. We enjoyed walking to breakfast a few times. Only slight hiccup was inconsistent internet connection, but thankfully we were there for recreation and not business. We would stay there again. Great place!

Fabulous place to celebrate birthdays!
My husband and I celebrated our birthdays here with extended family. The townhouse is just as described and everything was perfect. Kelly was wonderful to work with and helped us out with some health issues that cropped up changing our plans a little. Would definitely recommend this place and will likely stay again.

Great family vacay!
Location of property could not be beat for our group. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had what we needed during our stay. Rooftop area was great. Having a garage was fantastic as well. Rugs/carpet were a little ā€œbeat upā€ BUT exactly what one should expect with a dog friendly location. We were so grateful to have our dog traveling with us!

Beautiful property at beautiful location!
There were some important discrepancies and confusion related to actual beds available (1 King, 1 Queen, and a bunk bed with twin, full, and twin trundle) for our large group and the presence of a hot tub (there isn't one). However, the property itself was very comfortable, very clean and pleasant, and proximity to the beach was just right for us. We loved the rooftop table and chairs -- a beautiful view! Kelly, the owner, was very helpful and communicated well. We had a lovely time!

Awesome Spring Break Condo!
We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking our second car on the street, but that might not be true in the summer. Based on some of the other reviews, we were nervous about the internet since both my husband and I needed to call into work meetings, but we had absolutely no issues with the internet. The property owner was super responsive on email and provided a helpful list of things to do and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Family time in Pismo - 7 adults
Clean, modern and well appointed townhome located in Pismo Beach. We wanted a place within close walking distance to restaurants and the Pismo beach/wharf area - this place checked all the boxes! My 90 yr old mother in law stayed in the 1st floor bedroom with full bath. She was able to manage the stairs up to the main living area and kitchen (2nd floor). She even made it up the spiral staircase leading to the rooftop patio from the 3rd floor! Everyone enjoyed the view of the ocean and sunset! Great place to hang out and enjoy morning coffee and drinks in the evening. The master bedroom on 3rd floor was spacious and lovely! The other 3rd floor bedroom had a twin over double bunk bed and a pull out trundle bed. The space in this bedroom is small for 3 adults, but comfortable enough for 2 adults (or if you have 3 younger kids). The ā€œopen conceptā€ kitchen and living room area was a nice place for the family to gather and talk. The huge plus for us was having 3.5 bathrooms as there were 7 adults. We were here for my daughterā€™s graduation from Cal Poly SLO. It was a short drive into SLO, the college campus and to Tolosa Winery near the airport! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others - Thank you Kelly!

Convenient Location and Great Condo
We've rented this unit a few times now and it is by far our favorite place to stay at Pismo Beach. Not only is the location the best, the place is clean and stocked with everything we need and we can bring our dog too!
