Welcome to our beautifully restored Victorian home, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just steps away from charming parks and stunning churches. This historic haven offers a serene sanctuary with modern comforts, perfect for a relaxing retreat or a romantic getaway. With elegant design and proximity to natural beauty and architectural wonders alike, our home is the ideal destination for your next stay. Carnegie of Homestead Music Hall is nearby.

The Neighborhood:
Apartment is three blocks from the historic Carnegie Library and Music Hall which host concerts and events and has a gym with a pool open to the public for minimal cost.

Short walk to vibrant business district and the Waterfront shopping district.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. It’s quiet, you cannot hear the neighbors. It’s an absolute adorable little place. If my family and I ever go back to Pennsylvania, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Awesome, and cute little place. Building is very old but seems like they stay up on majority of maintenance. Not high end by any means but very nice place to stay at a very good price point. Would highly recommend, and would come back.

Grandkids visit

We stayed at Parkside paradise while picking up our grandkids - one of 3 apartments for rent in the house. While the apartment was older and a bit run down, the location was perfect and the apartment had essentials that made being comfortable easy.

AWFULLY DIRTY APARTMENT!

This location has no business to be listed on Vrbo, and I am surprised Vrbo allowed this. Three words - it's dirty, dirty, dirty, and also very dusty. As soon as we entered, my wife had an asthma attack which she didn't have in years. Naturally, we left the property immediately and booked the hotel. We were charged $ 468 for this non-stay, and we insist that we should be reimbursed, either by owners or by Vrbo, because all this is one huge misrepresentation!
