"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite.
Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "This is a massive hotel and extremely busy with events but none of this effects your stay, the rooms are very quiet and soundproofed, the area around the hotel is undergoing a lot of renovation but again this didnt effect my stay, food and shopping a 5-10 minute walk away and the hotel is very central for tourism easy to walk to sites or to catch public transport, i would highly reccomend."
