"Nice hotel in an area a little away from the main points of Quintero. I had a few problems with the service in the hotel. Rude housekeeping because on the morning that they knocked the door to clean the room we had yet to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The housekeeper was extremely rude. The next day after the room had been cleaned there were no towels in the room. I called reception (after i had got out of the shower!) and it took more than 20 minutes for towels to arrive. We had...

"They have a fantastic ocean view, very welcoming and eco-friendly. Playa La Boca is a great place for beginner surfers too. They have multiple outdoor spaces with ocean views. When we booked, it said there was a laundry service but finally it wasn't true but they still tried to accommodate us and did our laundry. The service was really good. "Thanks! All good, but my wife was mad at me because I had ice-cream after dinner and not her. But the hôtel was good, room was big enough we didn’t have to talk for all the night. The light to Read is too strong so again, when i want to Read and she wanted to sleep, she was mad. Bed is soft so be aware. Again. Wife was mad when i moved during the night.
