As a North American, it’s hard to rate this hotel more than okay, given that there was a musky smell to the room, which I think is typical for hotels located close to the water. The breakfast has a good variety, but I would rather pay a bit more for a nicer hotel next time. "

"Beautiful. Family friendly gorgeous pools staff entertainment and fantastic food ! Even have breakfast for those leaving in the middle of the night for flights. Perfect for families! "very very friendly & helpful staff !!!! hotel is a bit older, but they renovated a lot and my seaside room had a certain kind of nostalgic & new interior atmosphere. the terrace is very roomy, restaurant next building has live music every nigh - lovely live band - not too loud. seaside view is not really given , building is not frontrow and it can be a bit noisy if u sit on the terrace. ur sleep won’t get disturbed by the surroundings ! "We loved our stay at Ona Palmira Paguera! The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. Flavia suggested some great restaurants for us to go to. The hotel is beautiful with 2 pools and lots of amenities. The breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and staffed. The food was delicious. Our room was a bit dated, I think we may have been in an older building, but it was still nice. The A/C wasn't working great, but we managed. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. It was a wonderful place to stay for our quick holiday and we will be back again someday! "

"Peaceful and quiet surroundings with a great location close to the beach. The food was really good, cocktails were excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The only downsides were some ants in the room and that the rooms weren’t very soundproof — in the mornings you could hear the cleaning staff in the hall and other guests. Overall though, still a very relaxing and enjoyable stay."
