"We liked everything about the hotel with the exception that the hotel controls the Air conditioner so they turned off when I asked why because it was really hot in the room they said around this time of year they do that and we went in November so we had to sleep with balcony door opened. "Great stay for a couple of days. The hotel building is not our normal style but the gardens were beautiful. Spa area was separate to the main gardens but we did not have much time for this, you do need to book ahead. Breakfast buffet was okay with a good selection but some more healthy - low fat options would have been good. "Very good all rounder. Food was not as good for early week and better later in the week for dinner. The doors to the balcony rattle at night, keeping people awake. The staff are great though, very likeable. Good gym but a bit far from the main hotel. Overall, really enjoyed my stay with the beautiful views, old style music and overall great atmosphere. "

"The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. "This hotel is a little gem, steeped in history and very central. The internal lounge area with it's palms and exotic plants is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel so long as you are not looking for luxury. There are lovely views from many rooms and the pool is good. Shame they don't offer tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Fixtures and fittings are sadly just looking a bit tired."

"It's been a decent days at 4Dreams Hotel, only the bed and wasn't comfortable at all. Feels sometimes sleeping on the floor. Also the main picture about the hotel is not the same what actually the hotel is, Apart from that, i really like that, highly recommend it. "
