"We enjoyed our stay. The host expressed a true desire that our stay was a good one. The house was as advertised and the views of and access to the beach were great. We rented bikes from a kiosk within easy walking distance and rode easily from Manhattan Beach to Santa Monica. Only deterrent was at check-in we lost time needlessly learning how to arm the security system which we didn’t need to use. Also, while the listing was clear about no guests, we would have really enjoyed having a few...

"Both the condo and the beautiful beach in front of it are perfect. The property is spotlessly clean and furnished with new and nice furniture, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans etc. The kitchen even comes with coffee, tea, sodas, spices, a bottle of wine - and several boxes of cookies! Haven’t seen that in a rental property in a very long time. I recommend it without reservation."
