"Took my granddaughters and daughters to NYC the week after Christmas. We wanted lots of room to spread out rather than a hotel room. This apartment fit the bill. We especially liked the open kitchen, dining and living room area. The design and colors were nice and we felt very safe in the building. The elevator opened directly into our apartment which was pretty cool. The host was very responsive our needs."

"This was a beautiful space for us to spend Thanksgiving. The subway was a nice 20 minute walk and the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and interesting. The space was restful, homey, and included everything we needed. Our host was helpful and always available with great information before we arrived. I can’t wait to return."

"Great place to stay - good central location. Walkable to a lot / good access to subway. Should be flagged that this unit is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator - only stairs. Not an issue, but definitely something to consider if you are traveling with many/heavy bags, or are someone who needs accessibility accommodations. Overall great stay!"

"Everything about our stay here was perfect. We planned a getaway for Thanksgiving after a very difficult year, and had never been to Long Branch before. The property is so comfortable and cozy, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great - a half block to the beach and less than a mile from everything we needed (fantastic restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.). "The apartment is small but would be very comfortable for a couple or small family. The kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the manager was excellent. The sofabed is not great, but the two real beds are comfortable. And the location is fantastic -- a block to the main street and two blocks to the beach. "

I was taken back when we first arrived since I didn’t know our apartment was located in the back of the house and we accidentally entered an abandon/renovating home. Other than thinking we got jipped at first, after finding our correct location it was a decent stay. It was warm, had all of what was listed on the property and would stay here again. "

"It was excellent for my family of 5. Houseekeping team was very friendly, they did a good job, but the apt needs a deep clean and remodeling, since it is old. The location was excellent, close to the bus station and stops, restaurants, gas stations and pharmacies. The neighborhood is quiet. The apt does not have stove and they do not provide starter pack (no trash bags, no sponges to wash dishes, no toilet paper, no shampoo and soap).
