"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

Seemed the system was intentional locked into prohibiting one's own devices. "The hotel is a well thought out millennial place with a pool table, vibrant colors, and great shared spaces. The only details I did not like so much is that rooms were a bit small and there were no closets, or space to place luggage. Also, the curtains were a bit small so it was not as comfortable to sleep on the long summer days because sunlight would wake you up at 6am. "I really like the location and vibe, except the loud 1980s music was annoying. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The food downstairs at Druzi Cafe was very delicious, but a bit pricey. "Kiev 365 is a nice hotel on the western edge of the city. It's the closest hotel to the Mormon Temple. You can walk to the Temple easily from here. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is good, and the hotel restaurant is excellent. I enjoyed my stay here. "

"The property itself is reasonable. But reception dealing with poblems were terrible! The spa photos are great. But reality different. I had to leave spa after 20 minutes of entering and stop the massage ( not professional masseur), cold spa, dirty jacuzi, you had to look for lights in spa, waiting for the masuer and the towels to arrive! "Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It was very clean and generally well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. However, there was an issue with the water pressure and temperature around 8am one morning. I don’t know whether the system was overwhelmed by everyone showering at a similar time of the morning or if it was an isolated issue with the room. "Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay here every time I come to Kyiv. "
