"Only giving a 4 instead of a 5 for a few reasons. We didn't have breakfast so can't attest to how good it is. The shower was somewhat difficult to use due to the shower head not wanting to stay still. With that said it's in a good location pretty close to a bus stop which takes ~25 minutes to get to the tourist area or a 45 minute walk mostly downhill."
"The property was nestled in an exclusive area surrounded by villas. The gardens and views were amazing. It was wonderful to come back to a quiet place after a full day of sightseeing ."
"It is a wonderful property, beautiful location of Florence. Hotel is in great condition, location is only fifteen minutes away from all the center attractions.
We were so pleased with the staff members and especially Angela. She was extraordinary help to us, very professional and extremely kind person.
If we go back to Florence, we are hundred percent sure that we will stay there again.
Highly recommended place to stay. "
"It was wonderful. The staff are super nice and professional. The place is romantic and welcoming. They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. Definitely looking forward to come back on my next vacation to Florence "
"The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping centers, but due to the construction going on, there were detours in the bus route. Our room is clean, spacious, well maintained and complete with amenities. Breakfast has options to choose from, delicious! Staff are nice and friendly."
"This is truly the nicest hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at in Europe. The service was absolutely incredible - we received a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon and my husband organized a surprise wine tour in the Tuscan region. The hotel worked directly with the taxi company to coordinate our travel. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was unbelievable. Thank you to the front desk staff and the staff in the restaurant. You were fantastic and we will see you soon! "
"Was checked in by a lovely lady who made us aware of our VIP status and amenities with it. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station. "
"Hotel Ferrucci saved us. We had made the mistake of booking our other hotel for one less day than we needed and had to last minute scramble. Ferrucci was literally the only hotel with vacancy in the city and we snagged the last room. For that, I will be forever grateful.
In terms of review, this place is definitely a budget option with a no-frills motel vibe and it's further away from the core of Florence. However, Florence is so walkable that it really isn't an issue and you can get to all the...
"Staff was outstanding. Amazing service and very accommodating. Located is a very central spot, tons of things to do that are all walking distance. Breakfast was excellent as well. There is also a very well appointed bar and fantastic lounge area."

"We were very happy to check in early (noon) and to be upgraded to a larger room. We were only there for the 'night' because we had an early flight out of Florence. It was everything we needed for an overnight. Views? not from our room but we weren't there for that. Just a place to sleep. "

"The hotel is under maintenance so we felt some type of way when we arrived, but the room was so good! Spacious and a beautiful window overlooking the street. We slept with the windows open. The hotel is conveniently located in the center but in a quiet street. 10 minutes from ponte vechio and 10 minutes from the basilica. Loved our stay!"

"This property was conveniently located to Il Duomo and everything we wanted to see. The room had a great view and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite. The only thing I would warn you is to take cash to pay the city tax because this hotel insist it be paid in cash. Other hotels in Italy have accepted credit cards from me, so just be ready. It’s minor- $6/ person per night.
Check out the public market around the corner in the morning for a great coffee and breakfast pastry. So many things in the market- incline friuts, vegetables, meats, bakery, and more. It’s closed later in the day, but the 2nd level
Is open later with a very nice collection of restaurants. "
"We had such a wonderful stay here! The staff are excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was awesome and so was the room. The location is perfect, and it was a very quiet area. We will be back!"
"One thing to note- if you are sensitive to noise this location is in the middle of the historic center of the city which gets very loud at night so in the spring before the a/c is on, if you sleep with the windows open you will be hearing lots of yelling, talking, music, sounds of trucks in the morning— if the windows are open you will not be getting a quiet and peaceful sleep! This is not uncommon in Europe but be forewarned! "
