"Stayed here a couple of times now, both times were great both in high season and low. Comfy, safe bedrooms, amazing staff. Perfect location. Low season they were doing Reno’s on the bathroom which was annoying but easy enough to use a different floors bathroom"

"We stayed in apartment. The stay was comfortable. Though bed room & living room was small, it had lot of storage space. Wi-Fi was fine. It's Kitchen was good. However some cutleries were missing which we managed. In bath, toiletries were not provided. Only hand wash provided. "Front of house experience was excellent and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was excellent, clean and had everything that we needed. Was looking forward to breakfast but was let down by slow staff, incorrect order, delayed food coming once we’ve finished. Had to repeat the request so many times, not ideal. Food was adequate and had better at other hotels of a same star. Nice restaurant and view but let down by staff not being on the ball. "

"Room was great and had lots of space. Clean towels everyday and a little welcome gift of an Apex signature duck. Was nice to come back to the hotel after a busy day, to find mulled wine and mince pies for guests to help their selves to. The grass market area is lovely and close to most attractions. The staff were friendly and catered to our needs. I would definitely stay here again. "
