"My family and I had a blast. It was beautiful. Did not need to travel far for some great food. Will definitely be back. Staff were so friendly, pool closed at 8:30p every night, that was the only disappointment, due to lighting or something. Overall great place! "

"Highly recommend this rental property! Very spacious inside and out. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor theater area was an added bonus! The hosts were more than gracious and accommodating. The location was perfect! You are just a short ride to both the beach and downtown St. Augustine. Would definitely stay again!"

"We absolutely loved this little cottage. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfy. We did use the hot tub one evening and it felt amazing. Having parking on the property is a huge plus. The neighborhood is perfect to walk most everywhere and felt very safe. This was our first trip to St Augustine and we are hoping to go back. We would definitely stay here again. "

"My wife and I rented this property for our anniversary weekend. The original weekend we had booked, happened to be just days after Hurricane Milton made landfall on top of where we live. Because of that, our original trip here had to be postponed. The host was amazing at helping us switch weekends and making sure we still get to enjoy our trip. We can't thank her enough. "The house was beautiful and clean. A short walk to the beach and it also had a beautiful heated pool. Two rooms were separated by a Jack and Jill bath room but each had their own sink and mirror! This was great! The property managers were extremely quick to respond and this was very helpful considering we arrived the day after the hurricane came through. Everything was perfect."

"Our trip was for our annual golf outing so we needed a place that was located close to restaurants and sports bars plus golf courses. Check in was simple as was communication with the host Brandon. Clean simple and relaxing. The host is there if you need them. "

"Our group had a terrific time at the house. The bedrooms were all nice and comfy, the kitchen had all we needed and the pool was lovely. The only things that would have made it better would be better quality and more towels, pool floats and beach chairs to bring to the beach."

"The host was as nice as the house. It was charming and had everything you need. It’s an old house so it has lots of sqeaks. There were 8 of us. More suitable for 6 adults or 3 couples. We all enjoyed our stay and wrote in the guest book. We would go back again! "

"The space and location were great. Beautiful views. We had a group of 14 adults so sleeping arrangements bathrooms worked well. Each level of the property had nice gathering areas for large groups. The property manager was helpful with a few situations during our stay. The outside area needs a bit of clean up and there was a smell from the septic area when entering and leaving the property. The home is not far from St. Augustine area and Jacksonville Beach area for great restaurants, bars and...
