"This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. "A unique type of "hotel". The room concept with a shared kitchen was great. You received biscuits and coffee but the equipment to have your own breakfast as well as space in a common fridge. Room was spacious with a view of the sea and private balconies. A great concept that suited our needs. Host was amazing."

"This property is charming. The pool area is beautifully laid out. We spent a week there and found the staff to be very polite and helpfull and the owner is on site and is also very helpful with lots of help and informaton about the local area. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.The Villa Rita is within easy walking distance of the archaeological park and the beach. I would go back there like a shot."

"This property is in an awkward area that is not bad but not "pretty". The air conditioning hardly cooled the room and was an older unit. Definitely should be updated. All this being said, the staff was AMAZING, the breakfast was FABULOUS, the amenities were better than 4 star hotels that I have stayed in and everything was super clean. Would definitely recommend if not during summer and one has a car to get to the prettier areas."
