It was an easy walk from the main train station connecting to Lisbon. the hotel itself is spanking brand new and the bed was big and comfortable. We booked a family suite which has the bedroom upstairs and sitting area downstairs, it's spacious though not quite efficient.The room is very nice and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is good too. The only disappointment was we didn't have any towels for the first night, the reception was already closed when we found.We saw ants in our room which would deduct the rating a bit. "Enjoyed the Hotel and the staff. Room was nice, except bed on the firm side. Service was good except for deceptive advertising about 17:00 to 19:00 Happy Hour at the front of the Hotel. My wife and I made a point to visit the bar during that time and each enjoyed a single cocktail. To our dismay the price was over 31 euros!
