"Very nice hotel in a great location just over the river, a short walk from Charles bridge, with the front door on the main street opposite a tram stop and the rooms overlooking a very quiet side street. Good free Wi Fi. Very friendly staff who allowed us to book in a little early, and a great choice at breakfast that is constantly being replenished by the staff. Usual cereal, bread etc. but also local items such as sausages, meats, eggs, cheese and so on. also plenty of sweet foods on offer...

"The hotel location is good close to the old town about 7 minutes walk and to the metro station. The hotel rooms some are renovated others are old. Check in and out was quick but staff is not friendly no welcoming words and no smile at all. No phone numbers for the house keeping and room service on the room’phone. Every time we have to call the reception and when they are busy you got no answer. Some will take your order some receptionist will refuse and transfer you. So Inconvenient. "
