"We booked 5 months in advance for a concert we were attending at the nearby allegiant Stadium. Nirvana is conveniently located for walking over to Allegiant. At the end of the day, we knew we were staying in a motel BnB. And we got a great value, clean comfy room, and great location for a good budget price. It cost a fraction of staying in one of the big Strip hotel/resorts, and is only two blocks south of many of the restaurants on the strip. We had breakfast at the Egg Spot right next day."

The space was clean, the property well maintained, and I felt safe and secure in the space. The on site pizza was an added bonus. "The property was beautiful and spacious, close to the airport and about 20 minutes outside of the downtown strip area. We enjoyed having the backyard space with the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. Plenty of space to entertain, converse and relax. The kitchen and living room was spacious and it was lovely to have TV’s in each room. Property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with.
