"There was no towel, and no late night front desk clerk available, only a phone to call. The room smell smoke, same as the hallway. We had only one room key, which activated the AC. Coming back from a long June day, the room (as well as the hallway) was hot."

"There are no signs down on the ground floor so it is hard to find. It is not really a hotel as I would consider a hotel but like rooms to rent. The desk is often unmanned & the lady doesn’t speak English but used Google translate however she is helpful and if you are not too fussy the accommodation is adequate. A kettle in the room would be good. My room had no window. Over al it was ok."

"Stayed in this hotel for overnight. The location is great - which just right next to the airport with direct access from the arrival hall. The room condition is slightly out of date, carpet had some marks and same as the wall. The room is quite big and bed is comfortable. They provided shuttle bus to the nearby MTR station which is a bonus! Overall, I will recommended this hotel for those only stay for overnight for shower and comfortable bed. "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. Its apparently 4star maybe because its newish. It is neat and tidy, room had an amazing view towards Gold Coast, bed was comfy, pillows were amazing, bathroom clean with only a small amount of mould. Unfortunately my allergies flared up straight away, not sure if its dust, mould or then again it could be Hong Kong. I had an enjoyable stay, bus transfer to and from airport is convenient, and Asia Expo MTR is easy to get to from inside the hotel, walkway...
