"We had an excellent stay for 6 days in a ground floor 1 bedroom unit. The unit was well equipped for a couple and perhaps 2 others (in a fold out couch). The Princeville area is suburb for those who like to walk and in short driving distance to a supermarket (for supplies) and shopping in Hanalei. There was ample parking in front of our unit and laundry in the unit. My only criticism is that there is housekeeping only 1 day per week and that only includes changing towels. "

"Excellent beach. Friendly staff. Gave credit for a days resort fee due to uncleanliness in the bathroom. Little things like a broken toilet paper holder, long hair on floor in the corners of the bathroom and lounge area, little drawer space for a week long stay unless you live out of your luggage? Struggling to put suitcases into our rental car, the staff just watched at 5:15 a.m. !!"

"The property is in great location and was convenient to walk to the beach and Coconut Marketplace. The unit is spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were fine and beds were comfortable. Our biggest complaint was how gross the carpet stains were in the unit. Also stains on the dining room chair cushions. Also found several dead and live bugs in the unit. "

If you are looking for peace and quiet at the pool forget about it. They have a nice restaurant and a great tiki bar outside. There are no balconies where you can sit unless you are on the 1st floor by the pool. They have little to no privacy. They clean your room every 3rd day not every day.
