The refrigerator was broken and leaked water all day. The lack of washer was frustrating because the house towels were never washed, just dried for our continual usage. "The home was very nice with a great view of the beach and ocean. The property contact said the beach is swimable, but it is not, in fact it would be dangerous to swim in this area as the surf is very big. The first night I woke up and thought there was a thunderstorm, but it was the surf crashing into the shore. Additionally, the location is remote with only two nearby homes under construction, but no neighbors. The home is run by the nearby Vivo resort who provides security. Any issue we had...

"Celebrated my birthday here with 6 other adults. Felt like paradise! The house and pool are awesome! Cannot beat the ocean view. The food and drinks were delicious! Our every need was met - including kayaking on an awesome lake and hearing the blues at Fresh. The location is about 30 minute car ride outside of town so plan on needing transportation if you want to go into town. The beach in front of the house has rough waves but there are other more calm beaches in town for beach sand relaxation...
