The hotel is nice, and the area is great. Hotel food is okay but the prices are outrageous. They bank on the difficulty and excessive cost of transportation to keep you eating in the restaurants.

very quiet place, and the staff are all very friendly! Especially the butler service is fantastic, you can let them to help you arrange excursions, transportations, dining reservations, they are willing to provide you with timely and wonderful service and help. The buffet breakfast is great, especially the taco bar and juice bar.

Overall, the hotel was clean and has wonderful staff. The pool chairs are very nice and the beds are comfortable. HOWEVER, the food and drinks are extremely expensive. Every meal for the two of us was at least $150-$200. Every drink by the pool was at least $20-$30. Last year we went to the Hilton in Hawaii and it wasn’t even this costly. Definitely charge Aspen prices! Also, there is no entertainment or anything to do past Dinner time

I really like the property lobby and common areas. We used one time the kid playroom very convenient for families. However, the beach was very dirty the first two days we arrived. We ordered room service, great food, and friendly staff but we waited too long almost 40 minutes or more. We invited friends and they couldn't use the facility with us (pool)

I stayed with my family at the Conrad Punta de Mita from July 21 to 27. I upgraded my room to a beachfront suite. There were large crabs in my room daily, crawling up curtains and hiding in clothes. There were old ketchup bottles and french fries behind the pillows on the couch and sitting area. There were dead rotting crabs in the walkways with flies and terrible odors. My core complaint is a serious safety issue. I’ve attempted to obtain the hotel managers email to make this complaint directly, but the concierge doesn’t respond. There was an abundance of iguana poop in the kid’s pool near the waterslide. I asked the staff if it was safe for my 10-year-old daughter to swim and was assured that it was safe. Iguanas were swimming and pooping in the pool daily. Guests, including me, were removing the feces with cups. On the third day of our trip my daughter developed a stomachache and diarrhea, which is rare for her. She was sick for the remainder of our trip. We visited her pediatrician upon returning home. After a battery of tests, she was diagnosed with Escherichia coli (E. coli). She was treated but after two weeks her symptoms persisted. She's been on rounds of antibiotics. The Ventura County CA health department investigated as part of their E. coli standard protocol. Incredible stay. Traveled with wife , 5 and 7 year old kids. We stayed in the beachfront casa with private plunge pool. Absolutely worth it. Just amazing sunsets in the privacy of our own pool. The views and amenities, I cannot say enough good things about this place. Kids loved it. Kids ate for free throughout our stay, even when ordering room service. Breakfast buffet was also included for adults because we stayed in a suite. The staff really makes this place great. They do everything to treat you like royalty. I can’t say enough about how hard the staff works to make your stay incredible. Our room also included a small appetizer and an ice bucket with 2 coronitas around sunset time, everyday. I mean, it just doesn’t get better. We loved it here. We had never been here and we absolutely fell in love with this place. We cannot wait to go back.

I thought the hotel was nice, clean with friendly staff. I thought everything at the hotel was over priced. For example a six pack of beer was $45.00 dollars, a burger $30.00 dollars, not pesos dollars. From the hotel to any town near by its $70.00 with hotel transportation but an Uber will charge you between $20.00 dollars to $30.00 dollars. I’ve stayed at other nice hotels in other resort towns and that’s where I’ll go next not the Riviera Maya. This hotel doesn’t have all inclusive to make you spend money. Beautiful but overpriced.

Very beautiful, but on expensive side to eat and drink. Shopping is close and fun, but very expensive to get dropped off there and even more to come back. Uber or hire a driver safely if possible.
