A couple of points that we did not know: gratuity is included in the all-inclusive package. We did no know so we were tipping 20% on every time we ate or drank. Our gratuity charge at the end of our stay was over $1000 Also, if you are staying longer than 3 nights, you may want to be prepared to explore some off-site dining. The food was very good but we got a little tired of the choices by day 4."

"Our stay was disappointing. There were ants in the room, which was very unpleasant. Some of the restaurant staff were also unfriendly and not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was also injured during the trip, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations."
