"Nice looking hotel but the the room had too much furniture and bathroom is too small. A bit noisy too from street noise. Staff were amazing - from reception to the conference staff to the food and beverage staff to check out. "

"Despite being a self check in hotel all went well. Instructions are clear and accurate - but read instructions carefully. Great location, quiet, very good AC but takes a little while to cool the large loft-like space. Impressive modern industrial design but dark colors throughout can make it hard to see things. Great service. Would definitely stay again."

"I stayed in a private bedroom with ensuite - clean, modern, away from the communal kitchen and showers, so it was quiet. Having the pool tables (free to backpackers, 1/2 price on Fri/Sat) downstairs - fun to play a few games there with people I met in the backpackers' kitchen. I'll be going back to On Top next time I'm in Dunners! "

"We were disappointed with how tired it was. We last stayed here about 10 yrs ago and it was amazing. Our first impressions was walking into our room and there was a curtain hanging off its hooks. There obviously had been a flood as the bottom of the kitchen cupboards had water damage. The only thing that saved the room was the view and the bed and linen were great 5 stars. But wouldn't go back unless they revamped the room. Was gutted when we paid over $400 a night you would expect better."

"Our entire experience was faultless. The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Our room was comfortable and elegant with stunning views (once the mist lifted in the morning. The dining experience was fabulous. The only thing that might have improved it would have been to have the drinks reception in a reception room so guests could have mingled. The next morning it was a joy to stroll around the beautiful grounds. I would totally recommend the hotel and the dining experience."
