"The men at the front of the hotel were warm and welcoming and helped us out with any questions ensured we knew safe ways to get around. Thats where the positives end. Dated rooms with windows that rattle, bathroom that has seen better days and rock hard beds and pillows. Breakfast is manhandled by a man to make it look like its full and never seen replenished except when pastries were returned that someone didnt eat. Needs a massive overhaul. "A very good hotel and well located in the centre with many places to eat and easily accessible taxis. The hotel staff are very helpful and we was very early before the check in . One of the managers Ibtissaam, she helped us to check early as we had an early morning flight. She also was very helpful with good advice on where to go and what to do. Ask for her she is always at the reception Desk. The pool is very clean and close to rooms There is rooms facing the pool also Rooms are cleaned daily Very good hotel and good location Staff very helpful .. especially ibtissam "
