"Riad Al Ansari is a beautiful riad which has been recently renovated to the highest standard. The rooms are spacious and airy with high ceilings and Moroccan architectural detail. I had a lovely room with a view of the courtyard. Most importantly, Hicham, the manager, was very hospitable and welcoming. He is charming and made me feel totally comfortable and safe. As well as eating at the riad for breakfast and for one dinner, I followed his recommendations for dining and was very impressed....

"A beautiful Riad! Gracious hosts and service. I couldn’t get over the detailed, colorful tile mosaic work in our room and outside our door , where we had the opportunity to sit in a beautiful sitting area to have mint tea or wine. "We were dropped off by our driver and met by a person from the hotel who escorted us to the Riad. We were welcomed with Mint Tea and given the option to have dinner. "DARK. Our room was dark with only a small window to the exterior and poor interior lighting. The bathroom was also dark with poor lighting. The alleyway leading to the Riad has no lighting, we arrived at night and the alley was pitch black. We used the lights on our phones to help us find our way. The breakfast area was pretty and the breakfast was lovely. The staff was friendly, but could be pushy. I also did not like the spa services. "
