"The beds are hard, which I love by my husband struggled. It was an odd experience as I was told to go to Vallet to ask about parking and she gave me a whole speech but two men were talking so loudly beside me, I didn’t grasp everything so I said I’m sorry I missed that and her response was “do you have trouble listening.” I was so taken back, it was said very rudely, and I didn’t know how to react. "This property is located in Old Town Quebec. It’s within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom are somewhat small but well appointed. There’s no coffee or fridge in the room but coffee and a continental breakfast (separate charge) was available. The hotel did provide a small fridge to our friends who needed to store medication. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again."
