"Great location for staying in Queenstown. We were able to easily walk downtown in less than ten minutes, but still have our private lodge when we were done for the day. We appreciated the private kitchen and on site shared laundry facilities. The bathroom sink was kind of small, and the water pressure was outrageous from both faucets, but that didn't negatively impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in the Queenstown area."

"This was a great place to stay. It shares a parking lot with a stores. It is close to places to eat and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Queenstown. Yet it is a 15 minute drive to downtown. It is about 5 minutes from the airport. Very clean good staff. I would highly recommend it. "

"You guys are the best!!! Best service!! Best location!!!! Best drinks, meaning PIMS!!! Best staff!!! We had the time of our lives in Queenstown at Crowne Plaza Hotel. Locations is perfect for everything. Close to many bars and restaurants. Close to excursion pickups. The staff got to know us and we enjoyed their company!!! LOVE YOU CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL!!!!"

"It’s got a great location for access to Queenstown and is a good option if you’re adventuring on a budget. We stayed in a queen room and it was small, but clean and comfortable. Walls are thin. If you’re looking for a hostel, this is great, kitchen set up looked useful. If you’re looking more for a hotel, this is not really set up for you. "

What I liked: - Bus stops right out front, so easy and inexpensive transfer from the airport. - Walkable to town, but far enough away to be quiet. - Decent buffet breakfast options - Nice view of the lake - Front desk staff were extremely helpful in reconfirming any tours we had booked. - Nice little beach\park area across the street to enjoy. "Its a very good hotel. Close toots of amenities. A few min walk to the shopping mall and supermarket. A few minutes drive to Queenstown. Only downside is that the cleaning service is provided only after night stay. We werent aware of it. "
