This was a lovely guesthouse, nicely decorated and appointed. Our host was really attentive, hosting wine tastings on two of our three evening stay. It’s central but up a very steep hill and not suitable for walking up or down the hill in high heels. Unless you drive everywhere I’d suggest not ideal for infirm guests/wheel chair users. Really appreciated the tea and coffee replenishment and lovely toiletries. The bed was ultra comfortable and we had wonderful views over the lake.

My friend and I had a lovely time at Queenstown House. The place is clean and well decorated, has free parking, and is very close to the city centre. Breakfast was amazing (best omelet ever) and staff was super friendly and helpful. The place felt safe and it was quiet. The only improvement would be better heating in the bathroom, but everything was great, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed 3 nights while visiting Queenstown.Very convenient location to the CBD.The view over the city and lake are beautiful .The accommodations were nice.There is no A/C but it is really not needed.They provide a full breakfast and a very nice happy hour(wine tasting) on M,W,and F.I highly recommend the Queenstown House
