"Very clean hotel. Nice large rooms. Great food and drinks. We enjoyed the pool! Stephanie was wonderful server. Very convenient shuttle to Duval St area. Beach across the street was somewhat disappointing and hotel wasn’t very exciting but we had a great time. "

"The property had a great Cuban theme/decor. The staff was very helpful and nice. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable! The room could have been bigger with a larger bathroom. If we come back I would look into a larger option. "

"Air conditioner needed to be replaced during our stay. Required 2 calls over 6 hours to resolve the issue. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Battery had to be replaced in the fan switch. The door to the room hallway isn’t locked during the day or evening …. Poor security."

"We had a good stay at Eden House, I was a little disappointed with the room (king porch swing) It was much smaller then what the website presented it to be. The king bed was a queen and the bathroom was small and housekeeping was a little skimpy on towels and filling shower supplies. I feel I could find a nicer stay for the price we paid. "
