"I need to stay near the Albuquerque airport from time to time when I have early flights. I’ve tried other airport hotels and decided that this is the best option in terms of room comfort, shuttle reliability, and friendliness of the staff. The downside to this place is that it has no elevators but in the balance I still choose this hotel over other similarly or higher priced hotels near the airport. "

"Very nice room and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, the room had a bathtub that wouldn’t drain. By the time it was determined it could not be fixed until after our departure. We were offered a room upgrade but with less than 24 hours beside checkout we chose not to move. Because the room was booked through hotels.com no additional compensation was able to be offered. They did, however, add 20,000 points to my Hilton Honors account. "

"We went to ABQ for some family issues that were unpleasant. We were given the Amado Peña room which was absolutely beautiful! I’ve always enjoyed Amado’s work and was fortunate enough to have met him briefly a few times many years ago.
