"What didn't like it was thw buffet to expensive and needs more varieties, and the lobby bar is closed Sunday and Monday, on weekends you can't decide stay and relax at the hotel. They should open it on those days like every hotel does....."

The location was fabulous- very close to shopping, restaurants, Christmas markets, and transportation. "I checked in on my 40th birthday and the front desk had upgraded my room without even requesting. We went out for dinner and the room was decorated with local bottle of bubbles, cake, chocolates and lavender pouches. Really made my day special! The indoor pool is nice with warm water! "

"Great staff made this an enjoyable stay. The hotel is a little out of the main centre but is extremely clean and has everything most people want. The only observation I have is the charge for using the indoor pool - seems a little out of kilter where other places I’ve been."

"Had a wonderful stay, location is perfect. The train station is right at the door, shops and restaurants, churches and trams right there. It's a lovely area to stay, very vibrant even in the off season. Walkable to tourist areas. Our room was very spacious, clean and had a fridge. Wifi worked well. Bathroom was a nice size. *Note there are no tea/coffee in the room.* Breakfast was lovely, huge variety and in a large room. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Spent 3 nights at this hotel and we loved it! Staffs are amazing and very friendly. Room was ready by noon. Tons of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Location is unbeatable, in the heart of everything! 15 mins walk to Time Out Market. 2 mins walk to the main shopping strip. Jazz performance every night between 7-8pm. Room is very clean and well maintained. "

"The hotel is very central on the Rua Augusta which is what we wanted. It’s on a pedestrianised street full of shops, restaurants and bakeries. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Arco da Rua Augusta and Praça do Comercio. Easy to catch a tram to Belem Tower and Jeroniomos Monastery. We walked to all other tourist attractions in about 30 mins , but we like that. Excellent little hotel!! "
