This was such a disappointing stay. Everything about this hotel was amazing except for one unacceptable issue, NOISE EVERYWHERE. When we arrived the staff was very friendly, premises clean and up to date, and the room was incredible. Almost like a small studio apartment. We were wishing we could spend another night after this one…..until we tried to go to sleep. There were three sources of noise that kept us up and woke us up throughout the night. The person in the room next to us was watching a movie that we could hear pretty clearly, then even brushing their teeth we could hear. No sound deadening between the rooms. The second was people passing by in the hallway you could hear unusually more than normal. And lastly, worstly, the elephant in the room above us!!! Idk what was going on but we could hear ever thundering footstep that the person in the room a floor above us took. It was absurd. The roof creaked every single step. It was impossible to sleep with that alone, not even including the other two. We won’t be staying here again due to this unfortunate lack of sound dampening in this hotel.
