"What I like the most was how welcoming the couple were. They even wanted us to stay longer for free. Not everything is about money but having happy guests. I love it , relaxing, fresh eggs and lot of different fresh foods. Clean and beautiful nature. I love it very much and thanks for the wonderful service. "Upon arrival, the cottage was presented as per the photos. The beds are super comfy, the cottage was very clean with lots of books and games to keep you entertained. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a bit annoying is the property is located on a main street and the front bedroom can be a bit noisy. This may not be an issue if you are staying during the weekend, however, during the week the traffic noise can be disruptive to sleep. Recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper."

"We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is so very beautiful. My only note to the hosts would be to be a little clearer to guests that the kitchen doesn't have an oven, just the cooktop. (It was clear there was no microwave, but we were a little surprised there was no oven either). But we had a good adventure using the wood-fired pizza oven instead. Other than that tiny suggestion, we had a very lovely time."

We loved the central location and enjoyed exploring all the unique shops and cafes in Montville The view from every window was stunning and we enjoyed sitting out on the huge deck. "I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat! Amazing views, comfy bed and perfect shower pressure. Located just outside of Maleny so plenty to see and do around the area. The hosts were very lovely when we met them on check in. Cockatiel cottage had the most amazing view and you cannot see the other cottages so very private. Such a delight!"
