We didn't like coming back to no lights working - tripped circuit but a phone call helped us locate the switchboard; nor did we like the faulty smoke detector going off at 11.30pm."

"We had a great stay at this apartel. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping, easy walk to the river and short drive to the beach. Great value fur money for a two-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms! The premises itself was clean, bedrooms spacious, beds comfortable. A gem at the heart of the city. "

"The property was in an excellent position, walking distance to shops and take aways. The bed was comfortable, staff friendly and very helpful. There was a starter pack provided consisting of tea and coffee, salt and pepper, paper towel, detergents,fly spray and a lot more. The only downside was the parking- very small spaces and very low. Not nearly enough room for bigger vehicles. "

"This beautiful, modern complex is conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants, the beach, walking paths and a supermarket. Lauren at the front desk made us feel welcome immediately. The 2 for 1 breakfast deal vouchers for Pavilion got our day off to a good start. Our unit on the ground floor was spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Our stay had us wanting to return again. Thanks staff at Coco- you are doing a great job. "

There’s a huge waterfall shower head, however it’s too much water for the drain, so was spilling out of the shower and had to put towels down to stop it going onto the carpet. I had noticed the water damage to the carpet the night before and had wondered how that happened. Otherwise all really great, and highly recommended "

"Good value mid week stay for business. It's located away from shops & restaurants etc. Closest being 5 mins away in a car. But helps with it being quiet. Outlook is nice over golf course and lake/wetland. Some new development going on nearby, but it wasn't a disturbance."
