Majestic Mirage Punta Cana - All inclusive

"So here goes my honest review.. This is our second time at majestic. Pros 1- they have 800 staff and they work very hard to make you happy. Elvis was our butler and he did a great job. 2- the food is pretty good. Italian- if you are from New York or New Jersey, lower your expectations as we have been spoiled our whole lives. It’s still pretty decent. Hibachi was fun and tasted good-need reservation French restaurant was pretty decent - need a reservation and sometimes hard to get. I asked butler to do this before I got there Steak house is pretty good. If you are expecting del frescos in New York level, you will not be happy. Manage expectations. With that said, it’s still really good 3- large pools with adult and family sections each having their own bars. 4-the hotel was at full capacity but never felt overcrowded. 5- coffee shop- our favorite go to spot before showering for the night. So so good. Dominicans know coffee lol 6-the rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable (subjective) . Air conditioning works well. If you need a clothes iron, just ask the maid. If you are stuck on everything in the room being perfect such as tiles lined up perfect or grout smooth, light fixture flush to ceiling, than you will be dissatisfied. I don’t really care about the small stuff. Shower is hot and clean. 2 separate toilets. 7- golf is included with resort. You pay 50 for cart and not sure how much rental clubs are as I brought my own. Course is decent. They will pick you up "
