"We weren’t there long enough for me to give a real indept review. We got there late and left early. The front desk staff was courteous and got us to our room promptly. The van to the airport was there on time and got us to the airport on time. "

"I stay here quite often when flying through Vancouver. My only complaint is that when checking in, the man that served me announced my room number clearly, for everyone to hear. For safety reasons, this is not good practice for a woman travelling alone. The room number is clearly written on the outside of key, no need for saying out loud. It did make me feel a bit unsafe. I hope that you practice this procedure for future visits "
