Convenient parking right next to the room! Easy load/unload. Breakfast was pretty good, i enjoyed the variety. Although a little loud when we first got there due to construction, it was wrapped up pretty quickly. I didnt hear it going on for an extended amount of time. One thing I will say is the TV didnt work which isnt really a deal breaker or anything I just like to watch when staying places. Overall a good stay.

The staff made me feel like family. To loose almost your entire family in year time you tend to not notice or even want to be reminded of those who use to care about you. I lost my smile and joy but after a few weeks off on and on in my time of need they made me feel like it’s going to be okay and helped me get my smile back m.z I even left some paperwork that were inportant. Instead of house keeping just taking out the trash after a few weeks they called me just to let me know it was left. Genuine on another level of hospitality

The front desk lady is very very rude! She claimed to be the supervisor and didn’t accept my form of payment. I’ve been going there for 6 years. After the interaction and humiliation I got from her I will never go there!

It was okay for what we payed. Remember u get what u pay for. the electricity did go out on us twice and it took them ab an hour to get us some towels for room service. it did its jobs to keep us on beds but the electricity going out was inconvenient

Bathroom needs new caulking in the bathroom and it was dirty. I hate the bed frame you slight touch it and it makes a loud thump. No hot water when we checked in and the next morning no cold water. We left without showering!

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are a good value for the price. However, if you have children with special needs, I would not recommend staying here. They have very low tolerance for children and people of different ethnicities. Despite being clean and polite, I was treated poorly and banned due to my son, who has autism, being loud and making noises. I tried to explain and requested to be relocated, but was told I could not rebook. We stayed at a nearby hotel where we were treated fairly and tolerated. Additionally, the maintenance man sexually harassed me every time I left my room. It became so bad that I had to have a male friend come and witness the harassment. He had to confront the maintenance man, who was standing outside my room after chasing me back to it when I went to get ice. As a single female with two children, it was a terrifying experience. However, if you are a single working male, the rooms and premises are kept nice. I stayed for over three months before being banned due to complaints about my son. Fortunately, I was able to stay at another franchise hotel and will be reviewing the contrasting experience I had there.

If you book online, it doesn’t pop up on the computer. They tell you to wait one to four hours to give you a room, balcony homeless people jump through the balcony and get into the room. there is not a security on property no hot water after 11 PM
