I spent an hour after my flight trying to contact the front desk. I tried reaching out to the customer service line and she was unable to reach them either. After a 2 hour unexpected flight delay this was definitely annoying. "

"This hotel was easy to find. It was within walking distance of our destination, the Papst Theater. They offered valet parking for $39, but I came in on the wrong side of the street so I used the public parking next door for $25. The hotel staff was friendly. They were quick and offered to help with anything else. The room was clean and modern. Dove products in the bathroom. Made it seem high end, while being ecofriendly. The breakfast was a step above with two egg and two meat dishes....

"Everyone working at the hotel was friendly from the valet to the front desk. The hotel is extremely accomodating to dogs and is in a centralized location in a neighborhood that is very dog friendly. It is a dog owner's dream. "

"Had the heater fan on most of the night but there was an annoying buzz, for lack of a better word, and when that shut off, you could hear a pounding or thudding sound that was constant coming from the walls? Could hear it very well in the shower. Didn’t get any sleep. Bed and pillows were comfy. My shower did not drain. "
