"This is a quaint place and the ambience seems genuinely Irish. It was impeccsably clean and certainly offers everything that does a room at the Pfister or Kate, if you over look the abscense of a microwave and small fridge, neith of which is/was on our wish list. Also consider that parking is free, which costs 30+ dollars a night at the aforementioned and others of similar ilk. The location is convenient too, especially when you consider how eay it is to exit/enter the parking lot at your whim. "

"We were greeted by Melissa and Anastasia yesterday afternoon and they were so friendly and positive and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it smelled so nice everywhere we went. We swam with family and had a great time and when I asked Anastasia about pool toys she brought some in and that was great. She also gave us extra towels after swimming. On checkout this morning Patrick was so helpful and nice. We will make this our place to stay when we are in Milwaukee in the future. ...

"I couldn't connect my iPhone to the TV. Followed all the directions and then went to the front desk to ask for help. Front desk gave me a number to call. I waited on hold for 50 minutes. Finally got someone and that person couldn't help me??? He said someone would call me back who could and no one ever called. I wasn't surprised. Long term fixes: I wish you had a fan/vent in the bathroom. Lights in the coffee nook would be great. Otherwise, it's a nice place and Jayden at the front...

"Check in was a hassel front desk person was not nice or professional i had informed her i was extending my stay and she was very rude about how i had to proceed. Morning staff was quite the opposite she was kind and professional took care of everything with no problems and kept me in my room. She saved the trip experience for me. "
