"The lady who checked me in was very friendly, and proactively welcomed me. She quickly complied with my request for decaf coffee pods for the Keurig in the room.
The room was very spacious. Although it seemed to be soundproofed, I could still hear the noise from a ballroom hall rental on the same second floor.
