"Heritage listed Hotel which has been nicely renovated. Friendly staff, great bar and tasty pub food with a discount on food and drink for guests. It's on a busy road so a little noisy but good value and located close to Darling Harbour precinct."

"Quirky place inside but great staff and good rooms. Very well located with parking right across the road. Easy walk to Barangaroo and there is a metro station really close as well. Been there before and will return for any city stays."

"The staff here were amazing. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were excellent, friendly and helpful. In particular, I’d like to highlight Joanne and Roman in the Club Lounge for their excellent service.
We had a suite with a balcony which was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped. The view over Darling Harbour was fantastic. The hotel put an extra bed in for my son in advance. The bathroom was huge - with two sinks, a large bath and a separate walk-in shower. It was cleaned daily and restocked with still water. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with mini bar, a safe, an iron & ironing board and plenty of towels and toiletries.
The hotel is right next to a main road and so there is some extra noise when you open the door to the balcony, but no more than you expect from any city centre hotel. The location is perfect for walking to all the main sights and attractions, but taxis or Ubers are always available out front.

"Bed was comfy , could have used a blanket but we just turned the heat up .
Breakfast was more than adequate especially as it was included. Staff were lovely. A bit of traffic noise but I still slept well."
