His assistance went beyond just providing us information about our lodging, but also assisting us in personal issues that notably affected our stay in Italy. The lodging was spotless, comfortable, and 100% secure and we felt safe 100% of the time. Our room had the quaint balcony seen on many rooms in the European theater. "We chose this location for its good reviews of price, room size and location close to public transportation for one week stay. There was a former breakfast room that provided self serve coffee and continental breakfast. There was daily room service. We were happy with everything except the check in process which was somewhat challenging. And the wifi which was essentially only available in hallways and common breakfast room because of the large buildings walls. "

"This is an Airbnb, not a hotel or your typical bed and breakfast. We never met the owner. Although they were very responsive via WhatsApp so make sure you have it installed. This is the main reason I have given them three stars. In walking distance to the Vatican. However, it was on a busy shopping street and the front door was well hidden. The entrance to the building is a grey door squished between two shops. There is no place for a taxi to drop you off and you are force to drag luggage...
