"The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door. "

"The apartment was very clean and had clear instructions for check in and check out. We didnt have any problems during our stay. The diner next door was delicious and the staff there were very friendly. My kids enjoyed the park across the street and the ice cream at the gas station. We enjoyed having them within walking distance as well. The small village was so quiet and took a little while for us to get used to, as we are accustomed to a much larger population, but the scenery around the...

"We stayed at Swan Suites while visiting family in Fayetteville. It's a great location across from the swan pond and we enjoyed having room to spread out. Everything we needed was there, and our host was very responsive. "

"We stayed here for a wedding at one of the local venues. This was even better than we imagined even with the pictures. It was beautiful inside; quiet, and private and we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was amazing. She was very responsive and we are already making plans to come back for another weekend when we can stay longer. I would absolutely rate this as 10 out of 10. We were very happy! "

"It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again."

"We arrived at 6 pm and the cleaning people were still there. The owner had forgotten our booking until I contacted him at 4 pm for check in instructions. We were not able to get inside before going to a concert. When we got back at 12 am, the cleaner had not locked the door and the other door was left open/ajar, in not the best neighborhood. The place itself was as described. "
